Let me get this straight, ESAS. You're saying that we should eat some celery, and read up on what celery can do for us, but not until after we consult our treating physician?!

This is why people are obese. They listen to one doctor - a human being with faults (e.g. a limited understanding of nutrition) and who has 50 other patients to attend to - instead of doing research and making educated decisions.

For many centuries now people have not only being eating sticks of celery itself but also taking the oil made from it to reduce high blood pressure levels. Eating celery for high blood pressure is not a definitively proven solution to hypertension, but as part of a sensible, healthy diet and lifestyle it makes sense to further explore how it can help you – But only after consulting your treating physician first.

Olive oil both cuts bad LDL cholesterol and raises or keeps good HDL the same, improving your heart-saving HDL/LDL ratio, in contrast, oils such as corn, soya, bean, sunflower lower both good HDL and detrimental LDL

Lisa,
Flax like chia, like soy, like the Chaste Berry contain phyto estrogen which is the reason why you probably started bleeding again. I would stop doing flax seed and do some other form of omega 3 product that isn’t plant based. I can’t do any of the above without it causing me to have issues with my monthly so I don’t do those forms of Omega 3’s. Every supplement isn't for everybody. You need to listen to your body when you start taking new supplements.

I hope you have already stopped taking it.
Blessings,
Hope

One thing that many people do not know is this chemical called Coenzyme q10 helps to keep a balanced level of triglycerides. As you age, this chemical in the body is reduced. However, it could be beneficial to take a supplement for this chemical.
